At The Backpacker we know how excited you are to receive your new item. With this in mind, we send all items ordered before 3pm the same working day via your chosen courier, either Royal Mail or APC. We provide free shipping when you spend over £40 and most orders will arrive within two working days.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we will send an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way.
The Backpacker use a variety of carriers and delivery partners and we will choose the most appropriate company depending on the weight, value and destination of your order along with any selected delivery options. Most orders will require a signature upon delivery.

International Delivery Options
The Backpacker currently ship to over 60 countries around the world, including the majority of Europe, United States of America, Australia, Canada and more.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail using their International Tracked and Signed service. Please note that when your item reaches the destination country, a different delivery partner may ultimately deliver your parcel.

Important Information
Please note, we only dispatch items on standard working days, which is from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on the first working day. Royal Mail and APC aim to deliver your order within the timeframes stated above, but this is not guaranteed.
The Backpacker reserve the right to amend orders that have been placed with incorrect delivery details and / or options without notice. If returning an item, any shipping costs paid will not be reimbursed unless The Backpacker is responsible for any errors.
